What Happened to My Choice?

The government of the United States, along with the governments of the 195 other countries in the world, are attempting to pass a bill that declares the vitamins and nutrients, currently found in our food, to be toxins. The Codex Alimentarius bill, if approved, would enable the government to control the way food and nutrients are handled and sold to the public in order to drive in profits for the benefit of non other than the pharmaceutical, pesticide, biotechnology and chemical industries.

The government has no right to make such a decision for its people. If someone want to treat their body as the sacred temple that it is then they can eat organic food or regular food. If someone want to indulge in salty, greasy fast foods than they can do it. But to take away that choice from the people is simply unconstitutional. What’s next, is the government going to monitor our bowel movements and decide when we can and cannot use the facilities?

Nowadays, everything seems to be headed in that direction. Codex Alimentarius, the bill granting the government the right to choose what we can and cannot eat, reminds me of the Health Care Bill our oh so wonderful, “There will be change,” President Oh-damn i can't believe we voted for you-bama is attempting to pass.

When Obama promised America change, he wasn’t kidding. It just wasn't the type of change we expected.

The Health Care Bill is also taking away our rights as Americans. The government wants to decide what type of health care a person should receive. They want to decide how much money each person is allowed to spend in medical bills each year limiting doctor visits and putting your life at risk.

Not everyone in the world is the same. Bodies may have the same parts and purposes, however, some have more limits to the abilities of organs and limbs. There are people who are in worse health conditions than others and need more attention and medication. This plan will put a cap on the cost a person can spend. Someone who must take medication for life but runs out will drop dead because he or she used up their share of the budget.

Either this country is trying to reduce the population size or turn us into citizens of a communist nation. Maybe the government is attempting to carry out both tasks. Trying to kill two birds with one stone. Pretty clever, U.S.A.

It goes to show you that we are truly in a technologically advanced world, when even the government is multi-tasking; With our laws nonetheless.

You know you text message while you drive. Don’t try to pretend that you don’t. Even though we all know its illegal and it can kill us and others around us we still do it. We take the queue from our leaders.

Obama must be driving the Health Care Bill while texting people about Codex Alimentarius because this country is definitely going to crash and burn. The government knows these two bills are harmful to its people but yet they continue to push for them. I take my hat off to you, wise ones. Thank you for looking out for us and the unborn children who will never be able to graze this earth.
